The Reason Behind the Good Stuff

Just a college student trying a hand at a blog to share her passion of skin care

Why Start the Good Stuff Blog?

After developing an unfortunate allergy to SLS and other harsh chemicals used in common skin care and bath products, I had to begin to seek out a different skin care routine beyond simply grabbing the most recent Neutrogena face wash from CVS. It took trial and error, and it was more than often error that left my skin angry and soon, despite being in my early twenties, tormented with cystic acne. This entire process of finding a new cleanser, toner, topical treatment, and face masks, unfortunately for me, took four years to fully iron out to a science. Hopefully, for those of you who are also struggling with the difficulties that come with being the bearer of sensitive skin, I can help save you some time with sharing with the products that I have found that have actually worked.

So, why not give the Good Stuff blog a follow? I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned through dealing with my fickle skin, and what I am still learning. I’ll tell you about the products that are must haves for sensitive skin as well as the ones that are a complete bust. After all, learning through experience is the best way to truly gain knowledge, and at least this way, your wallet doesn’t suffer for it.

So, I’ll see you in the next post!
